Fox Valley Area Anglers 2022 Awards Banquet

Welcome to the Awards Banquet page.  Here you will find following information from top to bottom.  Awards Banquet is open to all persons, member, member guest and non-members.  Come and congratulate your FVAA members and donate for some awesome prizes.  Final head count needs to be submitted on February 15th.  Please RSVP with the following options below.  There are four ways you can submit your dinner/raffle payments for the Awards Banquet.  Snail mail, hand in at the January meeting, using PayPal and Zelle.   

5:30 pm Appetizer and social

6:00 pm Dinner

7:00 pm  Awards presentation

8:00 pm Raffle Drawing

First section – Dinner and raffle pricing information.  Appetizer and Dinner will be Romaine House Salad, Focaccia bread, Italian chicken, Italian beef with peppers and onions, Rigatoni Marinara, assorted desserts, pop and coffee. 

Middle section – Are the PayPal options per package you want.  

Bottom section - Donations that are going up for raffle 

FVAA is accepting payments by Zelle which has no transactions fees.  If you wish to use Zelle to pay for your dinner and tickets please send to Anita Kuhnle cell phone at (630)-710-5461.  Once Zelle payment sent please send Anita a email at otter84@comcast.net to verify your order.

If you which to print out a form to hand in at January meeting or  snail mail to the PO Box with a check that is also acceptable.  online form to print out is coming coon.

Members wording tickets will be in a sealed envelope waiting for you upon checking in at the banquet.  

There will be more ticket sales anytime and anywhere up to the drawing at awards banquet. 

Below is for guest who are non-FVAA members who want to attend.

If you are not a FVAA member planning to attend please order your "Guest Only Dinner" ticket to RSVP.  You can purchase your raffle tickets at the door when arriving.
